LIVEABOARD EXPERT EDDIE WIDNALL
Eddie has an outstanding knowledge on the yachts and destinations of the incredible Indonesia with more than 17,000 islands to explore. He knows what a guest wants from a livaboard holiday, he spent 10 years as a tourist before working in the industry, 2 years in the Maldives and 3 years as a Cruise Director in Indonesia, primarily in Komodo National Park.
Eddie swopped a life in London for the water, for 8 years he co-owned and co-ran a successful recruitment / head hunting firm, employing 14 people. He learnt this trade working for a small recruitment firm in London.
In his earlier years he spent 10 years in the British Royal Navy. Outside diving he has a growing passion for photography and also enjoys cycling, in 2011 he completed the Deloitte John O’Groats to Lands End cycle ride, 953 miles in 9 days.
Blue Label Diving and Eddie are working on an Exclusive Liveaboard website which will have only the high end liveaboards from all over the world. Galapagos, Indonesia, Sudan, Fiji, Maldives, Cocos, french Polynesia, PNG, Palau and the Solomons. Each liveaboard will be hand picked and only with the honest knowledge of the owners and Eddie.
