Blue Label technical training in Australia is under the direction of Daren Marshall, in partnership with the renown premier technical dive facility, Dive Dive Dive - located in Brisbane on the very southerly tip of the Great Barrier Reef and a short distance to the Gold Coast in the south and the Sunshine Coast to the north. Known for being the only technical dive centre in South East Queensland they have been serving advanced divers for over a decade. We focus on a wide array of rebreathers including the Dive Rite O2ptima, Poseidon MK VI Discovery, Sentinel, Inspiration and the soon to be released Hollis Explorer. Dive Dive Dive is Australia’s largest stockist of Dive Rite gear including the outstanding Nomad Sidemount system.

With an exceptional network of only the most experienced and trusted tech instructors around the country, we pride ourselves on offering a bespoke training program for each of our clients tailored to address their individual diving career goals. Additionally, we support trained technical divers with mixed gases, boosted oxygen, CCR supplies including sorb and cartridges and a full service centre capability.
Out facility has access to some tremendous sites for training, including to the north – the exHMAS Brisbane, a 133m Missile Destroyer decommissioned by the Australian Navy and now home to many avid wreck divers. Being so close to the barrier reef has advantages with water temperatures of around 29 degrees in summer and winter 19. These temperature range produces some of the most corally diverse ecosystems in the world.
The change in seasons also sees some incredible shifts in marine species taking residence along the coast. The summer months (December onwards, this is Australia – so its all upside down) see Manta Rays, Leopard Sharks and Eagle Rays. The winter months bring humpback whales for migration by the hundreds, sharks including the large but docile sand tiger shark or grey nurse as we know it in Oz by and various sites offer sights of these majestic creatures by the dozens.
All of which goes to make up one of the best training playgrounds that divers will ever want and the perfect location for your technical training.
