CCR JJ Cave course in November and December 2015.
CCR cavern, intro to cave, Full Cave and CCR Cave to 60 meters
From Mid November Marco Carraro was here to do his CCR JJ Cave course and CCR JJ Cave Trimix Course. The viz was better than usual in Sra Keow, there is a new Burilamplai resort in Krabi and as per usual they stayed for most of the time in the beautiful cave and surroundings of Thung Yai, Song Hong cave. From the start we had 2 guys from Scubacat here in Phuket doing their cavern course on Open Circuit and we have had Piotr from Asian divers joining along for the full cave part to start with his instructor level course.
Student Prerequisites TDI CCR CAVE Cavern (CCR cave class is a none unit specific class)
- Be a minimum age of eighteen (18)
- Show proof of a minimum certification of TDI CCR MOD II air diluent decompression Diver or equivalent.
- Show proof of a minimum of Fifty (50) logged dives or hours on the specific unit.
Rebreather Units the CCR Cavern course can be done on: Megalodon, JJ CCR, Inspiration CCR’s – Pathfinder, MKVI and Se7en
Student Prerequisites TDI Intro to Cave CCR Diver (CCR cave class is a none unit specific class)
- Be a minimum age of eighteen (18)
- Show proof of a minimum certification of TDI CCR MOD II air diluent decompression Diver or equivalent.
- Certified CCR Cavern diver.
- Show proof of a minimum of Fifty (50) logged dives or hours on the specific unit.

- Be a minimum age of eighteen (18).
- Show proof of a minimum certification of TDI CCR air diluent decompression Diver or equivalent. Show proof of a minimum of Hundred (100) logged dives or hours on the specific unit and already hold Open Circuit Full. Cave diver from a recognised agency.
Rebreather Units the CCR Intro to Cave course can be done on, are for example: Megalodon, JJ CCR, Inspiration CCR’s – Pathfinder, MKVI and Se7en, Revo, OPtima.

Another challenge accomplished! A 2 weeks training ended diving deep into one lake to surface an hour after in another one! What an amazing experience! The only problem is… I’m in love with caves now… Thanks to Blue Label team for the impeccable customer service and special thanks to Ben Reymenants for making me a better diver. Time to go home now.
