During a cavern course you learn how to deal with the overhead environment dive sites. important are line techniques, light signals, some skills as lost line etc. The cavern course is the start where you still have light penetration during your dives. The cave and full cave courses with SSI is where you go deep inside the caves without any light penetration. This is where you learn how to deal with lost line, lost buddy, entanglements etc etc
